The exclusive Los Ombues lodge in the province of Entre Rios is beautifully situated on a hill. From here you overlook the 35,000 hectares of own wing shooting area on the floodplain of the Parana River.
Hunting is done in their own territory and thus very close to the lodge. The equipment (vehicles, boats, rent weapons) is in excellent condition with a professional staff. After an unforgettable day of hunting you sink into a comfortable chair at the lodge and talk about the hunting stories of the day with your hunting companions.

Hunting stayles and areas:
During the hunt each hunter has an assistant that counts the birds and who collects the shot pigeons or takes care of the dogs at the partridge hunting. The journey time from the lodge to the hunting grounds is approximately 10 to 20 minutes. Now and then you just go out the door and you are already in the pigeon area.

The pigeons is one of the main reasons why hunters come to hunt for Argentina. On the grounds of Los Ombues there are about 20 million pigeons. This hunt is a challenge to all hunters, whether experienced or just starting with the sport of hunting.
Pigeon hunting can be operated all day long, but the early morning hours and the late evening hours are the most productive. Experienced hunters should expect to need daily from 1500 to 2500 rounds of ammunition.
Partridge
For hunters who enjoy hunting variety, Los Ombues also offers the classic partridge hunting. The partridges live in the fields and in the grasslands of the lodge and the hunt is done with are well trained dogs.


Ducks
Duck hunting on Los Ombues is a real pleasure! A 10-minute boat ride takes you directly into the dream destination of every duck hunter. After a day of hunting your average game bag will be filled with various species of ducks. The population of ducks and quality are unsurpassed.


Accommodation:
Los Ombues Lodge, surrounded by open fields and wetlands, is a magnificent 1100 sqm large brick building, which was built in the typical Argentina's country-style. The luxuryand Lodge has 9 spacious double rooms with bathroom, a dining room and a large living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs around the fireplace. The food range from the modern kitchen or from classic Argentinean BBQ and has gourmet quality, not to mention the delicious wines! Visit also our sauna and hot tub, you can use the gym with the latest equipment, refresh yourself in the swimming pool or enjoy a massage from one of our massage therapists.
Explore the Lodge on horseback! For golf lovers there is a small driving range available. For the businessman, the Lodge offers everything he needs abroad: telephone, fax, computers and wireless.

Klima:

In der Provinz Entre Ríos herrscht im Norden ein subtropisches Klima ohne Trockenzeit vor, während im Süden ein gemäßigtes Pampaklima dominiert. Die durchschnittlichen, jährlichen Niederschläge betragen 900 Millimeter. Die durchschnittliche Sommertemperatur (November bis März) ist 20 Grad Celsius. Im Winter sinkt die Temperatur auf 10 bis 13 Grad Celsius.
